The Ahmedabad studio takes personal measurements, helps you choose fabric and silhouette, then fits the garment through multiple trials until shoulder, length and drape sit correctly.
Made-to-measure at The Ethnic Vaarso starts in the Memnagar studio with a consultation. A cutter records chest, shoulder, sleeve, waist and length, then you choose cloth — ivory silk, velvet, wool or a lighter weave for daytime functions. The first muslin or basted fitting checks balance; later trials lock embroidery placement, koti length and trouser break. This is the path when you want a piece that belongs in your wardrobe after the wedding, or when a rental size cannot follow your posture. Grooms often pair one custom ceremony look with rented reception or sangeet outfits.

How long does a custom sherwani take?
Allow several weeks for measurements, cloth, embroidery and fittings — longer in peak wedding season. Book the first consultation as soon as dates are fixed. If the ceremony is close, ask the studio about rental looks that can be fitted immediately while a custom piece is in work.
